We understand it's the biggest weekend of the year in Hardisty and we don't want to miss it.

- What happens when all the women in a town leave for seven days? That's the question The Week the Women Went is setting out to answer when we visit Hardisty, Alberta this June. The 10-part documentary series is produced by Vancouver-based Paperny Films and will air on the CBC early next year.
